Registration fees

Regular * 500 € 
Regular * for members of the DGEB 450 € 
Early-bird (registration by 31.05.2013) * 400 € 
Authors (registration by 31.05.2013)* 300 € 
Bachelor / Master students ** 50 € 
Accompanying persons dinner 70 € 
Accompanying persons sightseeing *** 50 € 

 

* The registration fee covers

  • the attendance of all scientific sessions and exhibitions,
  • one set of proceedings,
  • beverages during breaks,
  • a light lunch on both conference days,
  • the sightseeing tour on Wednesday evening,
  • the get-together on Wednesday evening,
  • the cultural programme on Thursday evening,
  • the conference dinner on Thursday evening,.

 

** The registration fee for students covers

  • the attendance of all scientific sessions and exhibitions,
  • beverages during breaks,
  • a light lunch on both conference days.

Please send a copy of your student proof to aachen tourist service e.v. in order to get access to student registration.

 

*** The registration fee for accompanying persons (sightseeing) covers

  • the sightseeing tour on Wednesday evening,
  • the get-together on Wednesday evening,
  • the sightseeing tour on Thursday afternoon,
  • the cultural programme on Thursday evening.

Please note: The conference dinner must be booked seperately.

 

Please pay attention to the following items:

  • In accordance with the German data protection laws, we inform you that participant data will be electronically stored and post-processed.
  • Registration is possible by using the online form or the pdf form.
  • Your registration will be confirmed by the invoice which will be sent to you.
  • Registration is completed upon receipt of the attendance fee.
  • Your conference documents which include the conference proceedings in print can be picked up at the registration desk.
  • A list of participants will be distributed at the registration desk.

 

Registration cancellation and refund policy:

  • Refunds on cancellations are subject to a deduction to cover administration costs and bank charges.
    The deduction will be 50% of the registration fee paid if the cancellation is notified before 01. September 2013
    No refunds are possible for any cancellations received after 01. September 2013.
  • In the event of a previously registered delegate being unable to attend the Conference for whatever reason, it will be acceptable to have another person attending in his or her place.
  • At least one author must register for the Conference. In the event of a previously registered author being unable to attend the conference for whatever reason, it will be acceptable to have another person presenting the contribution in his or her place.
